A great time to order your Kilt

Have you always wanted a kilt or plan to upgrade to a new made to measure kilt - now is the time!   Our custom kilts are made in Scotland with new Scottish Wool - some of it grazing on the hillside looking down on the mill!.

The usual time for having a kilt made can be up to 12 weeks - depending on the time of the year. And if the fabric is on the loom you can add up to another 12 weeks. Now fair do's - it is usually quicker than that, but if you need this kilt for a special occasion you want to get it in good time to make sure it fits great.

Most of our fabric is woven at Lochcarron, but there are other weavers out there, just rest assured the ones we use are All in Scotland.  (Though the Welsh Tartans come from Wales) Even Irish Tartans are woven in Scotland.

When you invest in your kilt remember you can wear it almost anywhere - we are often asked "why should I buy a kilt, where would I wear it?"   Trust me you will be amazed how often you will have the opportunity to wear it.

Depending on the where and when you can wear anything from a t-shirt to the Bonnie Prince Charlie jacket.  Golf shirts, rugby shirts, Aran or Fair-isle sweaters, tweed Day Jackets, Argyle, and BPC. As they say "the possibilities are endless" and you can add the accessories to your kilt wardrobe a little at a time.  Order it now and drop some heavy hints for Christmas and Birthdays for what you want/need to go with it.

One more thing!  If/When you order your kilt........ go to a reputable business. Preferably a bricks and mortar store - if there is any kind of a problem it is so much easier to get it solved.  Some on line businesses will tell you "genuine product of Scotland"  This does NOT mean it is made there, and often comes from somewhere outside Europe.

Any questions?  get in touch.......  Now Have a Great Day!
